General Provisions and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ak44r platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users. By using the ak44r website, mobile application or any related services, you give your full consent to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. These Terms may be updated at any time and you will be notified of any changes as far as reasonably possible.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply and are considered an inseparable part of these Terms.

Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account at ak44r you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person or members of the same household will be treated as a prohibited activity.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent financial crime, we reserve the right to verify the identity of all users. Before processing a withdrawal or at any time, we may request the following documents:

• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)

2.3 Account Security

Age Restrictions and Eligibility

You are also not eligible to use this platform in the following cases:

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a verified identity and payment method
• Withdrawals will generally be made via the same method used for the deposit
• Unusual or suspicious transactions may require additional verification
• Withdrawals may be restricted before an active bonus wagering requirement is met

4.3 Currency

All transactions on this platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Account balance, bonuses and winnings will all be displayed in taka.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions, which will be detailed on the promotions page
• Minimum odds/wager requirements may apply to bets placed with bonus funds
• Bonuses will not be granted for multiple accounts, the same household, the same IP address or the same payment method
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is found, the account will be cancelled

5.3 VIP Programme

Our VIP programme has four tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

There is an opportunity to advance to a higher tier based on regular participation and loyalty to the platform.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities at ak44r are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. We work with trusted game providers whose games go through regular audits and certifications.

6.2 Betting Limits

• Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits
• ak44r reserves the right to change bet limits at any time
• We may decline to accept a bet in the case of unusual betting patterns

6.3 Technical Errors

ak44r reserves the right to void bets placed due to incorrect odds or results displayed unintentionally as a result of a technical fault or software issue. In such cases the original bet amount will be refunded.

6.4 System Issues

If a game is interrupted midway due to loss of internet connection, power outage or device issues, we will attempt to resume from the last saved state of that game. If full data recovery is not possible, a fair resolution will be provided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at ak44r. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account cancellation and deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus abuse or violation of promotion terms
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts or software
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds
• Collaborative betting or ring-fencing (coordinating bets as a group to earn bonuses)
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Hacking or harmful attempts against the platform's infrastructure or security
• Opening an account with false information or circumventing the verification process

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by Us

ak44r reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information
• Detection of suspicious financial activity
• Where required under applicable laws or regulations

8.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Contact our 24/7 live chat support to submit an account closure request. Active bets will be settled before the account is closed and any eligible balance will be returned.

Privacy and Data Protection
